Mr. Price *****

One of Mr. Price employees has done ********** purchases on my account on the 05/02/2020 and 12/02/2020... Ive opened a case at the police station... Spoke to the lady at the ***** department, the lady was so rude and told me that i need to wait 30 days, i refused as there video footage... Called me back on friday the 14/02/2020 and said my account is up to date... Ive requested a statement this morning and my account is still not up to date, the debt wasnt removed, called the call centre now and. Was advised the one handling the case is not available... This is very very poor service as a loyal client i feel like not paying this account and to close it completely... They keep on placing me on hold and I need to take time off work to sort all of this out...
