Mr. Price *****

Good day, I would like to complain about Mr. Price, on the 05/02/2020 I made an account payment at the store... The cashier that assisted me didn't gave my card back to me instead she kept it behind... The same day she made an purchase of which i didnt get a notification, on the 12/02/2020 i received 3 notifications of purchases done on my account, Ive called in reported it and blocked my account, I drove to the police station for an affidavit and took it to the store... The manager showed me video footage and we both could she what happened... Ive logged this with the complaints department of Mr. Price and now needs to wait 30 working days for investigation... Im in the process of buying a car and this is delaying the process, no one is coming back to me and im calling and calling but no one is answering.... I know feel that my whole account should be cleared by them as it was one of their employees...
