Mr Price Fourways - ****** phone

I lost my phone at Mr price Fourways mall and the security refused to close the door and search customers within 2 minutes after my phone was ******. It shows on footage that someone unzipped my bag and took my phone within the isles. There have no network coverage so I couldn’t call/trace my phone inside the store
