Mr Price forcing me to buy for more than R1000, pathetic service

Mr Price has the worst service ever, I had trouble getting my card replaced, which I finally managed to get, and then on Friday when I wanted to make a purchase, I got to the till, and my purchase did not go through because they want me to buy for R1400 and not for R300, and therefor I could not purchase because my account is a 24 month account, what a stupid rule this is, anyway the cashier made me fill out forms to change my account to a 12 month account, but on Saturday the enquiries call centre was closed the whole day, on Sunday when I eventually got a hold of them they told me point blank they cant change my account from a 24 month to a 12 month account, and that they cannot help me, so this basically forces me to buy for R1400 if not then I cant purchase at all on my account, this is really pathetic service, and Mr price never answer on any of their social media platforms. worst service ever
