Mr Price = Flaw

My wife bought bedding before lock down from Mr Price . When at home, 200 kms away, on opening up she found a flaw in the middle of the sheet. We go to Vredendal once a month. When we went there "after" the initial 5 weak lock down period we were informed that we could not change the bedding because it was after the 30 day "change period". Items never been used!

It did take the matter up by e-mail with Mr Price's head Office but they expect me to deal with the problem by messages all morning without attending to the problem!!

I ask them to phone me to discuss the matter, but they refused!!! I do not have time to spend on messages, I have work to do. Nor do I have the time and money to drive 200 kms to buy bedding! In any case never from Mr Price!

With business Policies like Mr Price's, I'd rather tell everybody about my experience and advise everyone to stay away from Mr Price!!

Needless to say their bedding is now been used as oil rags!!!
