Mr Price Ferndale on Republic - Service is appalling

Mr Price Ferndale on Republic

I was at the till for over 15 mins waiting for an override. The cashier said there was nothing she can do to help the manager was in the back. She refused to go and call her. I went and knocked on the staff door and no one came out. Instead she charged me cash and kept back the time to refund. How is it that there was no one in the store that can help to override. She tells me I have to wait, I explained the risk of why I could not wait any longer. I find this service appalling, that no one could help and the cashier was not interest. Basically I needed help I have to wait.
