Mr Price false report on my credit score
Good day I tried to open an account but due to your "late payment entry on credit score" I was declined. I paid this account on the 7th of June 2022, why is this a late payment? I please need you to rectify it immediately. I had to send a proof of payment to your account department which I did and do from now on. Would you please be so kind to remove the entry. Id no *******7 Acc no. *** Thank you Wynand Botha

Payment was done on the 7th July 2022. I am sending you a 3 month bank statement so you can see that on the 7/7/2022 a payment of R800 was made by eft to your account. Please scroll down the 3 month statement until you find the yellow highlighted text. I also sent a 1 page screendump so you can see the payment details.
I sent a proof of payment on the 21/7/2022 because your payment did not reflect, and my credit score shows your FALSE information.
Please rectify this as soon as possible. I need this error corrected on the statements aswell. Please rectify immediately. As your entry are ruining my credit score.
