MR PRICE FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD SERVICE

So I app**** for account online and before application there's a huge ad that says ''Get R150 off your first purchase online & on account of 700+" Promo valid till 22 April 2018 and valid online only. I open my account, everything is approved and I do my first purchase online. After much Struggle to get a coupon code i chat to about 2 or 3 agents online, to no avail. Finally Someone tells me to contact accounts, I do that and I am then transferred to 2 different Agents. The guy then tells me that I never Received an sms with a promo code because this only applies to Pretoria and Some other place.

Firstly, nowhere on this ad, did it say that it was only valid for certain areas. Secondly, the way its advertised is to show that every person that applies for an account will receive this promo. Thirdly, not one of the three agents I chatted to online, could provide me with this info. I also waited very long to get a response and not even give me an answer.

Its honestly so pathetic that you guys have such FALSE advertising, it is also UNFAIR to the rest of consumers in different areas applying for the SAME accounts, as well as agents who don't even know the general knowledge of the latest promos. Its all Just Such a mess. All I got in the end was a measly ''Sorry for the inconvenience''.
