Mr Price failed refund after providing proof
I made the purchase on the 26 of May 2020 the payment went thought but didn't receive an order number on the app, I called to check then requested proof of payment which I send the first proof of payment of the 03 June 2020, still kept on following up, I requested a letter from my bank to prove the transaction instruction which I send through on. Today is 23 July 2020 and no one has contacted me I am always calling and all agents telling me they will call me back once they have feedback.
