Mr Price Failed Me

I was hospitalized for two weeks,my partner sent all documents needed for my hospital cover. I called in twice to ask how far is my claim? It's a month and five days I have not received a cent! I am annoyed at their service honestly had I known that id beg for the money that I am entitled to, I would have never bothered with allowing such a cover to be part of my Mr Price Account. Honestly it's frustrating to endure such. Bills have to be paid up!!!!!!!!
