Mr Price

Wednesday December 6 2023,I placed an order on my Mr Price app for R484,99. The order order was canceled within a minute of placing but the money was taken out of my bank account. I place the order again for the same item's (because I really wanted them, another amount of R484,99 went out of bank account for the new order ( which was successfully and I received the item's)

Now I have 2 charges of R484,99 on my account,and my bank can't release one charged until I receive a letter from Mr Price confirming that, yes the first order was canceled. I have called Mr Prices call center (***) twice. First time I called was on Wednesday 6/12,I was advised to email to email proof pf payment(for the canceled order) to *** which I did on the same day,till today I haven't had any response what so ever. I called the cal center again today,still I wasn't assited. Instead I was placed on hold for 8minutes by an agent that didn't even take any details from Me.

I have tried (more than once) to chat with someone via Mr Price's live chat service with no luck,I always get the automated response that "the are experiencing high volume".

I don't know what to do anymore in order to be assisted with getting my money back!!!!
