Mr. Price exchange!

I was so disappointed in Mr.Price. I'm from knysna but currently studying in cape town . My mom bought me a few items at Mr price and sent it to Cape Town . I wanted to exchange the two items out of all the items bought and they refused to help me . I even made contact with head office to query this and still they could not help . What is so difficult? . These items were full priced items. I did not have the slip and the only thing they could say is , I have to get the slip from knysna which is impossible because knysna is 8 hours away. This was a very horrible experience so I'm still sitting with these items that has tags on and they are with no use. Horrible! I did not want a refund, just a simple exchange. This is a truly weird exchange policy because after all this is the products we buy from you and we will still be exchanging these products for products in your store. I must say MRP is the only store I ever had a problem with exchanging items, ever!
