MR PRICE ESHOWE STOLE MY MONEY

MR PRICE Eshowe: I am livid!!!! And very dissapointed. On the 28/10/2020 I had to just pick up a fee items to the value of R915 before going on Holiday the same day! So as I paid the transaction went off my bank and suddenly they told me they couldn't see the transaction on their side. I questioned whether they were just having issues printing or sending me the slip because it had said approved and my account was debited which I also showed them then they said no, that's not the issue. Issue is they know this transaction will be reversed by my bank in the next two days so they refused to give me my items. They kept delaying me saying they want to see something and I spent so much time waiting only for them to say we will not give you the items !!! To cut a long story short I was so emotional and angry and they were soooo RUDE about everything. THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED WITH MY ITEMS. I suggested I leave my contact details because I couldn't come fetch the items in two days time as I was leaving for Holiday and didnt have an EXTRA 1000 for them to withhold again. They told me NO I must go and I told them but I need my items and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Mind you I dont have another 1000 to get that stuff elsewhere quickly. They were beyond rude, intfact rude is an understatement guys they have no customer etiquette whatsoever! That's the store Manager a rude Big guy who knows nothing about his job. I arrived home and I was upset so my husband went back to the store paid Cash and came home with my items. He said they were also rude to him and mentioned it happens to other customers too. He was shocked they had been rude to me due to their system glitches, their end of the stick! He questioned why it hadn't been sorted out and they said the funds would be returned by my bank in two days time. Today its 10/10/2020 that is 13 Days later if I'm not mistaken. I just got back from Holiday and NO FUNDS have been returned! I just cant deal with them anymore so I asked my husband to pass by the store. Those idiots say I must now bring them my bank statement so they can go through my transactions as proof I didn't recieve the fund. The nerve to go through my personal stuff, what on earth do their accounting records show???? Did they balance when doing their stock count versus the funds they recieved? Because clearly I paid double. ( The funds that went off my bank and the cash my husband paid to get the items for me instead of having a crying wife)Why cant they check on their side? Guys *****s are running that store and I am LIVID!!! 2 weeks and I dont have my funds back!!!!!!!!MR PRICE Eshowe needs a new store manager who knows what's his doing. How on earth can you say this happens to other customers but still continue using faulty systems and dont warn us prior to making purchases?? I just want my money please then il never set foot in there again!
