Mr Price employee steels customers wallet

After purchasing clothing at Mr Price my boyfriends wallet miraculously disappeared off the counter. After tracing all our steps and and going through all camera footage from other stores there was no hope. Mr Price, however, conveniently the only store without camera surveillance was the only place he was last seen with his wallet and there weren’t any other customers in the store at that specific time. After numerous times of searching the store, the wallet seemed to disappear in thin air. Hours later mall security contacted us and confirmed that the wallet was found in a Mr Price box that was thrown out in a area were it is strictly stated that only employees are allowed. Boxes have to be thoroughly sought through by a manager or assistant manager before they get thrown out. We are very disappointed in the service of Mr Price and the fact that all the money in the wallet was ******. We also gave all employees a fair chance to come clean yet they made fun of us in their language they thought we didn’t understand. We are definitely going to take further steps to prevent this from happening to another customer. This is also not the first time an incident like this happened at Mr. Price in Thabazimbi mall.
