Mr Price *****ed my account

I am disgusted at the fact that there has been *****ulent activity on my Mr Price account. I went to go settle my account on the 26th of October 2023 in hopes that I will pay the remaining R319.00 only to get told that I am owing over R3000.00 which obviously was *****ulent purchases done by internal Mr Price staff members. Clearly there was no ID verification done which means we are not safe neither is our information. I have been with Mr Price for years and for this to happen I am extremely disappointed. All my payments have been on time and my credit was always paid up within a matter of a month to 3 months from purchase and I would alwaaays over pay. I have been told that whilst investigations take place I still need to pay the installments which is obsurd and even with the payment I made in hopes to settle I ended up paying R580.00 instead of the R480.00 installment that someone created with my name. I am terribly displeased and I have even paid more than the settlement amount of R319.00
