Mr Price East Rand Mall Pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic service at the East Rand Mall branch. Brought item for return/exchange as it was a gift and was not the correct size. Cadhier insisted no returns without a receipt. Tried to explain to this idiot that it was a gift therefore no receipt (still had the tag on though) Then her colleagues proceeded to talk in their mother tongue language assuming Indians dont understand. Other retail stores don't have this issue, however I firmly believe it's who you deal with and not the franchise/store itself. No courtesy or customer service whatsoever. To hell with them!
