Mr price dont care about there clients

There eft systems are not functioning when you make a payment on there app and they dont inform you.. Then after you made the payment they blacklist you even though you sent in the client complaint on email and provided a proof of payment while you tell them there mistake can cost you to lose your bond qualification for your future home.. And its been two weeks that they have not rep**** on my complaint..
