Mr Price doesn’t want to refund me

I have a bad experience with Mr Price, I purchased 4 items online on the 31/3/026. I was told that one of the items is out of stock then they will refund me. Till date no refund. I made a follow up emails, spoke to one of the agents and she told me that refund is between 5-7 working days. Now it’s 12 days no refund. Again I made a follow up I was told to produce bank statement , I was like what for since u have all the information on ur system. She said the finance team want to check if refund was made or not. I’m disappointed and still I want my money back. Whoever la seeing this learn to go to the shop and buy ur stuff to avoid being asked bank statements. Mr Price I want my money, I’ve been patient for long
