Mr Price Dobsonville's bad exchange service

Good Day I'm very Frustrated at the service I always receive at Dobsonville Mr price. Every time I go to exchange an item, their system is always offline and they are not willing to assist irregardless of being at the store countless times to exchange. Please tell us if this store does enable us to exchange items or not so that we are able to decide if we should buy from Dobsonville Mr price or not.
