MR PRICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CYBER CRIME !

Mr Price seems to have difficulty protecting client personal details.

I have a cuber ***** logging in online (on my Mr Price account no) and helping him / herself to R300 airtime, every month. The first purchase was done 2018-06-05 for three times R100 'SELFOON LUGTYD AANKOPE' and 3 days later on the 2018-06-08 again, another three times R100.00 'SELFOON LUGTYD AANKOPE' in about 4 days the cuber ***** stole R600.00 from me.

It seems to be a clever *****, because he or she knows exactly when to do the transaction, just before the statement date update....

As per the inquiry department the cell phone number on my profile when I app**** for my account is linked to my account nb, so when I do online purchase, in this case airtime, as this is not sold in stores, then the airtime will be debited to my original cell phone nb as per the application.

I changed my Cell phone nb. 2 years ago, and never updated Mr Price, I have a contract phone, and do not need to buy airtime

I phone the inquiry department, they can not help me, I have done the Affidavit and sent it to the fax nb. provide, I heard nothing from them.

Apparently, when someone ***** your identity by Mr Price, as they are not very protective over personal info from you as the consumer, any person can do transactions on your name, and they seem not to care!!

I will be handing this over to the police.
