Mr Price Dismal Online Service

On the 19th November 2021 I placed an online order for dresses to the value of R519.97 to be delivered to the Pargo outlet at Norwood Mall (i.e. Mr Price Norwood Mall). To date I have not received my parcel nor been communicated with nor had my money refunded. When I went onto the Mr Price app the delivery date has now been changed to the 4th February 2022. This is the most dismal service that I have experienced with online shopping. The longest I have ever waited for an online delivery is a few days. Beware when you place an online order with them.
