Mr price disgusts me !!!!!

I think a one star isn't even fitting.....Mr Price whom I have an account with,for the month of black Friday had a competition where by their customers would win cash.so to my surprise I had won R 200...upon going to the store I was told by the cashiers and the manager they had no idea what competition this was.they then called around to find out and eventually figured out how to process the money.but I was told a pin was required.and I was mocked in the store and asked if I really did win this competition and how so...I called the head office.spoke to a female who told me she also was unaware of the competition and took my email address saying that she will get marketing to respond as they have closed for the day.i was never contacted again by her until I sent an email to head office.i was contacted by a female after my email only to be told that I will be sent an SMS with a pin code to access the money....to date no SMS and no pin has come though.again I was made into a fool by Mr price.i must say that it's very ********* to run a competition.send information to the customer that she has won and then forget all about her.its even more *********** that no one even knew what competition was running.disgusted and also I feel mocked at....it's never about the money it's about the principle behind it.companies should not be permitted to do this to loyal customers.its wrong on so many levels.its embarrassing and it's very ********* and misleading.
