Mr Price disappoints

I ordered two cot duvet covers online, from Mr. Price Apparel (Not Mr Price Home), I got sent two single bed covers. When I contacted the helpdesk I was told by Zinhle, that I have to take it in two MR Price in Queenstown to exchange. After I explained to her that 1) Mr Price in Queenstown do not stock cot or single duvet covers, so no exchange would be possible and 2) I paid for it to be delivered to my door and the mistake was theirs not mine. My invoice also states cot duvet cover, but the actual product is a single bed cover. She asked for my order number and then immediately went offline. I'm was so excited to see their new range of baby products online, but won't be recommending them to anyone anymore. Truly ********** service.
