Mr Price - Disappointing but does this review even matter

After a glitch with an online purchase for which I used the EFT method in error I still followed through and successfully purchased the item online using the OZOW payment option after contacting the MR Price Help Desk who were responsive and asked that I email proof of the EFT ( which I promptly did) I had paid into the MR Price account but which would not tie up to the online order. This was on the 7/01/2021. My follow up call a week later was that the refund to me was pending a week later it was escalated and pending, By this time each call to there helpdesk had me holding for longer and longer periods. The last one just kept me on hold for a half an hour without coming back to me. It is 2 months later and I have not received the refund. I have emailed there MR Price online queries but no reply from that.
