Mr Price Delivery Query

I have made an order online at Mr Price on the 24th of April 2024. They were suppose to deliver my parcel on the 26th of April 2024. Apparently the courier company delivered to a wrong address and when I tried communicating with Mr Price they said they'll contact the courier and they did and sent proof of delivery which I then informed them that they delivered to a wrong address.

I tried communicating with them several times using different methods but they were saying the same thing that they will communicate with the courier and get back to me but I never got communication from Mr Price.

Then I decided to take matters into my own hands and try to communicate with the courier company and informed them of what was happening and they sent people who had delivered a different parcel from a different store to confirm they delivered but it wasn't the ones from Mr Price.

Then they said they'll look into it and they came the next day only to deliver a wrong parcel. And I called Mr Price and sent them another email informing them of that incident but still didn't get a response from them.

It's been close to a month now since I've been struggling with this matter.
