Mr Price Delivery Charge ****!!!!!

Mr Price is running a huge **** with their delivery charges. When placing orders online, at checkout it gives you delivery options and costs. For earlier delivery dates costs are more and later dates less. Each time I have chosen an earlier date and paid the higher costs, but goods are never delivered by these dates - so then why inflate delivery costs when you know that your processes are not set up to deliver on your promises. I have now requested that all my orders be cancelled and refunded and their consultant "Clancy" very snottily says to me that I should wait until I am informed that the delivery is ready for collection and then contact them again to refund. Why should I do their job and who can look into these inflated delivery costs that Mr Price charges for deliveries which are never by the delivery time.
