Mr Price deliver once again unprofessional late delivery

Can somebody please explain to me why the delivery services of Mr price is so useless? Please ?? Your customers pay accounts , and support you as a clothing store why can't you'll improve your delivery I mean we already pay for the items then it takes extra long for the packages to be delivered this makes customers not want to order online anymore should I report this to Mark Blair??? Why is it taking so long for my orders to be delivered
