Mr Price Debt collectors harassment

Hi

I would just like to state that the people working for Mr Price Money don't know how to do their job. I have an account with them and pay every month. The last 2 month's I paid short and a while after that payment I do pay the rest that is owed, just a little bit late.

I get called from 8 to 16 times a day from them to know when R100 will be paid as I paid short. They do not update their systems after the first call and also do not check their payments after a certain date or they would see that payment has been made its just late.

Payments for accounts can be done up until the 7th of a new month. The calls start coming in from the 26th to ask when payment can be expected. This to me is unacceptable. As at this point my account is clear. I do not owe any money but still I am receiving calls from the accounts.

Can someone with a bit of knowledge as to how to do their job please rectify this and leave me alone. I have blocked the number so you won't get hold of me. Please make a note of that on your useless system that no one uses. You are wasting your own time by calling me as you won't get through. You are welcome to mail me what ever you want to say over the phone.
