Mr Price debt

I would like to complain with the service from Mr Price they handover my account to Acscredit 2019 my balance was R1200 I being paying monthly I only miss one payment January 2021 but my balance stil not finish they being changing me every month for call which cost R24 , email R24 and SMS I even received statement I showing changes, I will never use mr price again in my life coz u will never finish paying the account, even u did debit order they keep calling u and chargin you for phone
