Mr price Daveyton mall

i would like to share my experience of Mr Price Daveyton mall ,i am really disappoint with their system n regards to goods exchange or refund, in all my experience of shopping never i ever been met with such utter nonsense that you bought you bought(thengile uthengile) and they wnt allow you to exchange or refund this thing is happening for the second time and when you ask for the manager its always not in the shop,cause my question is one are they trying to reach their targets at our expense no this is wrong, and the last time i was there they gave me a black checkers as if i was buying from small street or was buying tomatoes from street vendor****atamate ka mkhozi) i was very disappointed with the service and what is worse the security guard is full of k***** change your attitude towards customers
