Mr Price Customer service not assisting

Mr Price Customer Service not helping, I ordered items on Saterday using OZOW instant EFT, but the order didn't go through and money was deducted from my account, I have tried contacting Customer care, tried emailing, tried their WhatsApp without success, they don't prioritize their customers. No order was placed yet they deducted my money.
