Mr price customer service does not exist

I was met with do much incivility when trying to enquire about goods I bought 2 weeks ago online. I never thought such a horrible service exist in the world of trade. If they could get rid of this particular rude staff member who does not appreciate to be employed during this hard economic times. Very disappointed in Mr price!
