Mr Price Customer Service

Their customer service is rude and has no compassion, for I called to enquire on my online order the lady told me her name and put me on hold. I was on hold for 15mins + before I finally hung up after 20 minutes. Their chat system is useless, I made an online order 3 weeks ago and no one can tell me where my package is.
