Mr price customer care sucks

I placed an online order on the 13.12.2019 my payment went through immediately and before I received an order tracking number I was kicked out off the app, I called in on 14.12.2019. I spoke to a female name krishnie she picked up all my details on the system n said she would give me feed back on my purchase but did not received a call so I called back the following day n spoke to male name asanda who then said he would follow up n hasn't done soo the reference for tht call was Crs837abf so today the 17.12.2019 I called back after getting no reply I spoke to a female named Nqbile who was extremely rude not very helpfull n cut the call when I requested a reference she said call back tomorrow thank you bye only because the time was 18:10pm I wasted 20mins of my airtym holding on will she checked the system is this the service mrp offers to their customers?????? I have used the online service on numerous occasions n had no problems please advice on a way forward
