Mr Price Customer Care Service Sucks!!!

I ordered items online from Mr Price 3 weeks ago. Delivery from Mr Price should take place within 2-5 business days but I have still not received anything 3 weeks later. I've contacted the customer care agents about 15 times but each time I receive a different excuse. I am furious. I've tried contacting them several times via phone calls, chatting to their customer care agents, sending them a message via facebook and I also emailed them but received no assistance. The customer care agents cut me off or put me on hold for over 20 minutes basically forcing me to hang up. Honestly the most pathetic service I have ever received from them! I've requested a refund more than once but they fail to provide any sort of corrective measures. Their customer service sucks! Horrible service!
