Mr Price is adamant that it paid back money deductee from my New Zealand bank account twice and I have seen the money they just sent some reference numbers and blocked my wife taking her like a *********.We have stopped shopping from Mr Price someone pocketed the money on their staff and claim they refunded while they didnt.****ed off

07 Sept 2020, 02:55Some previous refunds for out of stock went well but this time because the figures are higher over R2000 they decided to keep the money for themselves and their customers are just sending blunt replies that they refunded

09 Sept 2020, 15:00My wife Ruth Dauka is the one who bought using my BNZ card (New Zealand) and money was deducted when your system was down .Your consultants are just sending some reference numbers saying they paid while payment wasnt received.My bank can not trace funds throught a debit card refund they say if Mr Price has paid money is automatically debited back into the visa card.The money was deducted 5 times .Ticket number 431870 for my wife Ruth Dauka the customer who bought online I am the owner of the bank card Martin Chauke.There is no need for us to have reference numbers your bank must reverse the payments..This is the message from your customer care and they went to block her on social media taking her for a *********.I wish you will resolve this without me taking legal action.
