Mr. Price Cresta

Was at the Cresta branch yesterday to buy some Xmas presents as i only had an hour. I work everyday. The shop was so busy and full of customers that there was no control, no social distancing and people not wearing their mask properly. I tried to stand in the queue but there were about 70 people in front of me. No one cared that we are in the pandemic(not staff or customers). How you can allow for this to happen is beyond me. I left everything behind, so no one will get presents this year because of the way you handled the whole situation and i think its a disgrace. I also work in retail so i know what it takes to handle this pandemic. I also dont know if i will ever support you again after this experience. It was the worst i have ever had!!
