Mr Price creates a false missed payment on my account nx

I am really ****ed and not happy with mr price.. My credit score was going to well and they now took me back to where i was... I now have a missed payment and i don't know why because my account is up too date... Playing with people's lives... I dare you guys to join mr price.... M really hurt.. And even when i try to call them they don't respond...
