Mr Price consultants bully clients

Out of my whole account … of almost R650.00, mostly has gone to these “insurance” sellers! If you say no they are so damn rude! Today a lady phoned me again…. Reallllllly! Her kids crying in the back ground No disrespect as a mother myself I understand as well, we need to make end meet financially to feed and provide. I still tried to explain no dis-respect, but the phone was chucked down in my ear? Your sales people when it comes to insurance are very rude, persistent and friendly till they are clearly told a “NO”. This is total rude and beyond the phrase “harassment” in another league! I want ALLLLLLLL insurance cancelled on my account please! I was given a sim card when opening my account a month ago, and was told that “only” once I activate it, I would be charged ? Now I am being charged! I do not want any of your insurance or sim cards, only my sheet street / mr price account!

Your sales people are creating havoc with your clients by just interpreting a question to a yes, or a yes to a no I wanted to put the data to my son’s phone, but hearing that it would then be tranferd to mr price I said very “CLEARLY” no! So i want the recorded voice recordings!
