Mr price consultant not treating customers fairly

I called in at Mr price to get a Mr price account. I was helped by the consultant and during the call the consultant told me about the Mr Price insurance options that you can take out as a Mr price account holder, I told the consultant that I do not want any Insurance. And I was told that I will be covered upon my request if i would want to be in the future.

Only to find out that the consultant included the insurance and I was messaged that I must pay the account due to me taking out the insurance. I have been trying Multiple times to contact the insurance department to try and cancel the insurance but I have not been getting any response. Now am left with me paying the insurance fees which I did not even want at the first place
