Mr Price compliant

I placed an order online with Mr Price clothing and after not receiving my goods paid for on order on the 12th of June and on various occasions trying to locate my parcel and a lot of excuses later I was informed that my parcel was delivered an signed for by Paulina which I do not know from a bar of soap. I then was promises on the 6th of July that a refund has been requested and I will receive money back int my account with in 4 - 7 days it is now 10 days excluding Saturdays and Sundays which is also working days for them. I am so annoyed that one can never get hold of anyone on the phone and their promises to phone back also doesn't hold any grounds.

I hope that some of their superiors reads this and that I get feedback soon or I will have to take this further.
