MR PRICE COMPLAINT

Paid my purchase by card but the cashier saud it never went through. Went onto my app and the amount had come off my bank balance I was denied to take my purchase have to wait until there bank tells them purchase has gone through. So they basically sitting with my goods i purchased and my money Tried phoning head office but they.would not deal with it. Kept on putting me through to the branch Have messaged them Cannot get a direct reply
