MR PRICE CLOTING-WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered online and chose Click and collect on 16 December 2022. On the website it shows Click and Collect will take 2- 5 WORKING DAYS. You can check under Need Help>FAQ's on their site. I always check delivery policies to estimate the time of delivery. When I order the status showed DUE ON THE 23RD December. The status of ordered changed quickly and was PROCESSED the 17th of December. Then it changed to shipped on the 19th of December. I checked daily and saw the status was not changing and stayed on Shipped. On 22 December I became worried and called the Call centre where the lady told me that Click and Collect take 2-7 Working days. I was STUNNED, I then told her but the Order states that the order is Due for Deliver on the 23rd and she told me that is an ESTIMATED date. And with all this she kept telling me that I should wait for an Email for collection from store. I then sent a WhatsApp to their WhatsApp line where the lady then told me that the delivery is on its way with the courier and will be delivered by 23RD and collection will be on 24th. I WAS SO CONFUSED NOW.

On The 23rd I called the store to find out if they received my goods, the lady at the store then told me there is nothing and that the courier only delivers Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. And mind you the 23rd was on a Friday. She then told me that there will be no Delivery on The next Monday , the 26th and that the next delivery will only be done on the following Wednesday.

I then called the call centre again , HELD ON FOR AN HOUR, the morning of the 24th .Still my order was on Shipped. The lady told me that AS SOON AS THE STORE HAS IT, I WILL GET A EMAIL to collect. I then told her but my order was due on the 23rd and she was giving me all the excuses in the WORLD. I then requested to speak to manager, A voucher OR REFUND or to go and collect my order myself at the courier. NONE of these options was available for me. So my order was being kept hostage by the courier service!!!!!!!!!!!. I put the phone down and SUDDENLY my order changed to " READY TO COLLECT IN STORE" ..another amazing surprise.

It did not end there, I went to collect IN Store AND THE 24TH of December , the store was full and overcrowded. The lady that I was dealing with, was looking through Piles of orders for my order. Finding it at LAST, another lady came and had to " I DONT KNOW WHAT IT" . After a hefty conversation with her friend she assisted me and I LEFT. I got home and checked my order, only to find out they gave me a Wrong size shoe for my 1 girl, instead of a size 11 they gave me a size 8.

I always order online at other stores and I HAVE NEVER EVER received such pathetic service. I will never order from MR PRICE online again
