Mr Price clothing no assistance 😕

I bought items from Mr Price clothing 14 December 2021. Gateway store in Durban. At 7.45pm. My purse was ****** from my bag in store at Pavlion. The receipt was in my purse. I purchased all items with my bank cheque card. Can you help. I need to return items. I am trying to get a hold of Mr price online, call centre, but they are not helpful at all. They resloved my query with no Solution to my problem. I can provide my bank statement as proof. As i was the last customer in the store that night.
