MR PRICE CLOTHING MALL OF AFRICA NIGHTMARE

I bought items from Mr Price Clothing at Mall of Africa on Monday, returned some items on Tuesday cause they did not fit and could not find a bigger size, Since I bought using a Credit Card, they promised to reverse the Money within 24 hours. I called on Thursday alerting them that I did not receive my refund,they actually could not be bothered, they were very rude, dont have phone etiquette, requesting all sorts of thing including my card number and bank statement which I did not feel comfortable with. Overall BAD SERVICE
