Mr Price Clothing Cape Gate bad customer service

Mr Price are the worst company to log a complaint. Complaints keep telling you they will look into the problem. Sunday 2nd March 2025 my husband and I went to Mr Price Clothing Cape Gate to purchase clothing I nearly had a bad fall inside Mr Price Cape Gate by slipping on price tags on the floor, by holding onto a rail I did have some light injuries After 2 complaints log on the so called complaint email address with only promises but no results, 1 complaint log with Cape Gate management who return communication within minutes A person who say he is the manager from Mr Price Clothing Cape Gate phoned me and said he will look into the matter Well we are at the end of March 2025 and still no further communication Mr Price head office should look into this matter before an elderly or maybe pregnant woman have serious injuries I'm not interested in any further communication or bad promises from Mr Price Cape Gate as this store is realy placing a damp on a stunning centre
