Mr price clothing

I opened an account with Mr Price last September. Everytime I pay my monthly installment they deduct insurance it was never asked if I want insurance and I never agreed to pay insurance however when I go into store to ask what the purpose of the insurance is no1 can answer you. Due to the Pandemic I could not pay Mr price as normal so I skipped a payment in April and paid my normal monthly installment in May however half off my credit was gone. When I asked where the rest of the credit was no1 in the store could answer me instead they said I should email. When I emailed it was the incorrect email address. I was about to start paying Mr price every month from June month onwards however I got text saying I owe Mr price R599 when I emailed them to the email address provided in the sms which was last month I'm still waiting on a response I'm disgusted with thier service what is the purpose for paying insurance what does it even cover because you sure as hell cannot insure clothes. So you paying insurance and it doesn't even cover for when you not able to pay the account anymore. Can't wait to close the account.
