MR PRICE - CLOSING ACCOUNT NO RESPONSE

I requested end June for my account to be closed, and refund to be done to me as I paid more than I owed. Mr Price Kroonstad sent in my cancellation form aswell, I keep sending emails, i sent my bankstatement, copy of my ID and POP so that refund can be made, still I get no response. I will NOT pay a sent extra and I expect my total refund for amount paid extra, I am not paying for any interest because Mr Price take their time.
