MR PRICE CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER DELIVERY FAILURE (DON'T TRY IT)

I've placed an order online for click and collect.. I placed the order on 14th Dec 2023 at 6AM.. By 10AM the same day, all my items were processed and dispatched to be delivered to the store. Their tracker hasn't updated since 14th Dec 2023 10:53AM, with the last update being "PARCEL HANDED OVER TO COURIER FOR DELIVERY.".. Their consultant Zinhle, just told us that it's in transit and will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days.. I can't be happy with that since there's no update.. I've ordered from Bash, and Puma on Friday and Saturday and they managed to deliver my things without issue.. My order number is.: ***

I hope I'll get better feedback and an exact location of my order cause "in transit" isn't good enough
