MR PRICE CLICK AND COLLECT ONLINE ORDERS

I had placed an online order on the 28th August 2025 and the delivery was supposed to be latest by the 05 September 2025, however I noticed I didn't receive an email or sms to fetch my order. Upon investigation my order can't be found on the Mr price site and courier. So I WhatsApped *** the online query number spoke Bongeka multiple times and I keep getting the same response but no proper feedback .It's in transit I can see that ,since the 01st of September 2025.Is this order coming from an overseas facility?Surely we can't accept this kind of customer service from a local supplier. This is worse then Temu and Shein .MR PRICE do better in your customer service especially with you click and collect orders .This suppose to be a seamless process .
